Handling Time

Orders leave our workshop within 10 days of payment. Total delivery time is this handling time plus the transit time below.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. There is no excluded-country list — if you have a deliverable address, we can ship to it. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Estimated Transit Times

  • United States: about one month (roughly 4 weeks) after dispatch.
  • Australia: about one month (roughly 4 weeks) after dispatch.
  • Everywhere else: transit time varies by country and carrier. Contact us before ordering and we will give you an estimate.

These are estimates. Customs clearance, carrier schedules, peak-season backlogs, and lithium battery dangerous-goods handling can all add time.

Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number is issued for every order. Lithium batteries travel under UN38.3 classification, which can add a few days in transit and may require a signature on delivery. Please provide a complete delivery address and a phone number we can reach you on.

Lithium Battery Shipping

Lithium batteries must be shipped through approved transport channels and may be subject to destination-specific restrictions. If no shipping option appears at checkout, contact us before ordering.
