30-Day Product-Issue Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery only when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent.

To request a return, contact tianrunbang@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. The item must remain in the condition received, with all included parts and its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong specification, compatibility errors, unwanted items, used items without a confirmed product issue, or other non-product-related reasons are not accepted.

Lithium Battery Return Authorization

Do not ship a lithium battery back before receiving written return authorization and shipping instructions from us. Lithium batteries may be regulated for transport. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved Product-Issue Returns

For an approved product-issue return, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. We will inspect the returned item after receipt. If the product issue is confirmed, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing time may vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is appropriate for a confirmed product issue, contact us before returning the item.
